Mission
The West Haven Historical Society’s mission since 1954 has been to preserve the history of West Haven, Connecticut through artifacts, newspapers, exhibits and activities.
Our Meetings
The Society meets at 7:00 P.M. on the second Thursday of every month at the our headquarters, The Poli House, 686 Savin Ave., except for January, February, July, and August.
Business Meeting at 7:00, Program at 7:30
Our traditional luncheon meetings take place on the second Saturday of December and June (or as close to the date as possible)
No Meetings: January, February, July, August
The Historical Society welcomes everyone interested in preserving and promoting the history and preservation of the City of West Haven! Annual Membership: $20.00
